Six Nations Tournament 2005
The Six Nations Tournament has been running for 120 years
and is now recognised at the premier rugby tournament after
the World Cup.
In recent years the Six Nations has been dominated by the
English and French sides but 2005 is set to be the closest
competition for many years. Wales and Ireland are now real
threats to the English and French and this year their reign
could come to an abrupt end.
Sportscasts has been very lucky to have cast the boots of
a number of players who are synonymous with success in the
Six Nations (and the Five Nations before that). Below we have
listed those players who have played a part in their countries
success in the competition.
